These general marimba mallets sound great on the full range of the marimba, making them an extremely versatile mallet that is useful in nearly every situation. The slightly brighter core is also excellent for Japanese solo literature. We use a wool blend yarn to ensure these mallets stand up to the test of time.

GM 101 - Soft - Perfect for chorales and legato notes on the middle and lower register.
GM 102 - Medium Soft - A warm general mallet that focuses on tone with less attack.
GM 103 - Medium - A general mallet that sounds great in every octave of the marimba.
GM 104 - Medium Hard - A general mallet that has a clear articulation in all registers.
GM 105 - Hard - Great on the middle and upper register for crisp articulation.
